The long winter nights are perfect for staying in and mixing up some delicious seasonal tipples.

The snowglobe

This sweet and sparkly drink is just the tonic to brighten up a winter evening. The dash of biters just takes the edge off the sweetness. Maybe even leave one out for Santa!

  • 3 measures Unicorn gin

  • 1/2 measure vermouth bianco

  • 1 measure grenadine

  • Dash of Angostura bitters

Add the ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
